This billboard that was created for Union Hearing Aid Centre to be displayed at Dr. Fleas Flea Market in Etobicoke, Ontario.
Above is the design of Union Hearing's information package consisting of a presentation folder, an about us flyer and a "Did You Know" leaflet to be given out to new patients.
The design of their printed and downloadable E-book: A Guide to Hearing Loss. This guide can be downloaded on their website or given out in their clinic, as a source of information for new patients that are now experiencing hearing loss.
This social media/thank-you postcard was designed to be added to products that were shipped to Union Hearing's patients. On one side there is a “Thank You” greeting. On the reverse side is a speech bubble so that the Audiologist and Hearing Aid Specialists can write their own comments to their patients. A way for the clinic to still stay in touch to their patients even when they are not physically seeing them as well as informing them about Union Hearing's social media presence and to follow them.
With the clinic be located in downtown Toronto and having many of their patients be of different ethnicities. Union Hearing wanted to update their thank-you cards to show that they are welcoming of such diversity.
This special card was created to congratulate and remember the first moment when a child has been given the special gift of hearing for the first time. With the use a hearing aid, fitted and purchased from Union Hearing. When the child has been fitted with a hearing aid, the hearing aid specialist would take a picture to capture this memorable moment. Union Hearing wanted to give this moment to the families of these special children. Instead of just giving the picture the idea of this card was developed to paste the Polaroid picture in the card. I chose a gate fold approach of the card as a special way to reveal the picture of the first moment their child was able to hear for the first time.
Union Hearing Aid Centre has an annual event they put on around the end of September called the Hear Here Fest. This event is for children and families to attend where children can play games and watch different shows for entertainment. This event is to raise money for Sick Kids Hellen Keller Foundation.
